I have always been a lover of sugar in all its forms: sweets, chocolate, cake, biscuits, and most of all- icing.

 

As a self-taught baker, I am constantly learning new skills and experimenting with new recipes to make bigger and better bakes every time. Each and every bake is a shrine to sugar.
